The resort provides:

Seven Stars Resort Rooms & Suites

The accommodations at Seven Stars Resort strike the perfect balance of luxury and practicality, especially for families.

Spacious Suites with Kitchens

Choose from one- to four-bedroom suites featuring full or galley kitchens. This is perfect for families who don’t want to eat every meal at a restaurant (translation: your toddler can still eat cereal in their pajamas). The kitchens are stocked with pots, utensils, silverware, cups, a Nespresso, and more.

In-Room Washer and Dryer

Yes, you read that right. No more packing 12 swimsuits per kid. A quick wash and dry, and you’re back in business. It’s one of the most underrated luxuries in resort living. My unit didn’t have a washer dryer, mine has a bidet where the other units had washer and dryers. So, make sure you get one with a washer dryer if this is important.

Adjoining Suite Options

Traveling with extended family or a bigger crew? Adjoining suites make it easy to spread out without feeling like you’re running a daycare from your balcony.

Elegant Coastal Decor

Think crisp whites, cool blues, and Pinterest-worthy romantic beach chic. And if you splurge for an oceanfront view, you’ll never want to go home.

Pools at Seven Stars Resort

Sure, the ocean is the star of the show at Grace Bay, but Seven Stars Resort knows a vacation isn’t complete without a lineup of fabulous pools. They’ve got three distinct options, each with its own personality—so you can swim, splash, or sip in peace depending on your mood.

Kid’s Pool

Let’s start with the smallest but most beloved by the under-10 crowd: the kid’s pool. This shallow splash zone is perfect for little swimmers who aren’t quite ready to battle ocean waves or cannonball contests.

Main Family Pool

The centerpiece of the resort is the large family pool, and it’s exactly what you want on a sunny Caribbean afternoon. Think spacious loungers, easy access to snacks and drinks, and room for both playful splashing and leisurely floating. It’s lively without being chaotic.

Adults-Only Pool

For those moments when you just want peace and quiet (aka no Marco Polo games at top volume), there’s the adults-only pool. Tucked away for serenity, it’s the perfect spot to sip a cocktail, read a book, or practice your best “I’m too relaxed to care” face. Add in attentive staff bringing drinks to your lounger, and you’ve basically found poolside nirvana.

Dining at Seven Stars Resort Turks and Caicos

Seven Stars is a foodie paradise with some serious credentials.

The Farm Restaurant on Grace Bay

Recently named to TIME Magazine’s 100 World’s Greatest Places, The Farm is a can’t-miss dining experience.

  • Brunch: Fresh juices, pastries, and picture-perfect poached eggs
  • Dinner: Seasonal dishes highlighting local flavors, with options indulgent enough to justify stretchy pants

Dining here is equal parts sophisticated and approachable—aka you can order dessert without guilt.

Seven Restaurant

The resort’s namesake restaurant, Seven, is the place for an elegant meal—or, if you’re me, the place you happily stumble to every morning for their daily breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit, omelets, baked goods, and strong coffee ensure you’re fueled for a day of beach lounging or biking with the kids. By evening, Seven transforms into a refined dining experience, serving contemporary international cuisine with a Caribbean twist.

The Tasting Room at Seven

For wine lovers, the resort’s wine-pairing dinner at The Tasting Room is a bucket-list experience. Recognized by Wine Spectator, this intimate dinner pairs curated wines with a menu crafted by Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo, a two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year.

This is not your typical “house red with grilled fish” situation. Each pairing feels like a master class in flavor, and by dessert, you’ll be Googling ways to explain “wine pairing enthusiast” as a legitimate hobby on LinkedIn.

The Deck

For a more relaxed vibe, head to The Deck, the resort’s casual beachfront restaurant and bar. With ocean views that practically demand a sundowner in hand, The Deck serves up Caribbean-inspired dishes, fresh seafood, and craft cocktails. It’s the perfect spot for a barefoot lunch or sunset dinner with your toes in the sand.

The Terrace (Off-Site)

A short stroll from the resort, The Terrace is Seven Stars’ off-site dining option. This neighborhood-style restaurant and bar has a more laid-back, local feel and is a great choice when you want to switch things up without going far. Expect hearty comfort food, cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it popular with both guests and locals.

Seven Stars Resort Spa Review

The Seven Stars Spa is where I found my happy place. My massage was, in one word, fabulous. The spa itself is airy and serene, and the therapists know exactly how to make you forget about your inbox, your to-do list, and that group text that never stops pinging. There is no hydrotherapy, nor is there a hot tub anywhere on property. Be sure to book your treatment early in your stay. Spa appointments here fill up fast.

Family-Friendly Features at Seven Stars Resort

Seven Stars shines when it comes to family-friendly luxury. Unlike some resorts that feel like an adults-only zone with kids as an afterthought, Seven Stars makes families feel welcome without sacrificing sophistication.

Highlights include:

  • Outdoor kid’s pool – A super shallow little pool for the tiniest guests.
  • Fleet of bikes – A family ride along Grace Bay is about as picture-perfect as it gets.
  • Games & books available at the front desk – From Scrabble battles to bedtime stories, the resort has you covered.
  • Playground
  • Basketball Court
  • Tennis & Pickleball Courts: I was super bummed no one in my group wanted to play pickleball with me while I was staying here. Sadly, the kids were not with me cause they would have played. I found out right as I was leaving that I could have requested to have one of the staff play with me. If I had known this, I definitely would have done this.
  • Gym – The gym had weight machines, cardio machines, and my go-to piece of equipment, a foam roller. My back always hurts after the uncomfortable plane ride and a foam roller is a great way to work it our or a visit to the spa!
  • Water Activities – Paddleboards, kayaks, and more and included in the price of your stay.

Parents can relax knowing the kids are entertained, while kids have enough options to keep boredom at bay.

The Staff at Seven Stars Resort

One of the standout features of Seven Stars is the staff. Every single interaction I had felt warm, genuine, and helpful. The employees here seem happy, and it shows. Happy staff = happy guests, and it truly elevated the whole experience.

Is Seven Stars Resort Worth It?

  • A world-class spa
  • Family-friendly touches that make life easier

It’s the rare place where you can sip champagne at sunset while your kids are happily splashing in their pool. In other words, vacation balance achieved.
