Hawaiian Hammer a Watermelon Cocktail with a Twist

Can you tell I have Hawaii on my mind? Yesterday I published a recipe for Hawaiian Bubble Bread and today I am publishing a fruity Hawaiian watermelon cocktail.

I randomly up and went to Kauai about a week and a half ago. I rarely have any time where it’s just me and I am not working. I could have stayed home and gotten a ton done, but instead I went to Kauai for three days. I spent my time hiking, eating, and beach lounging. It was pretty great. I was a little unsure about doing this by myself. I typically always travel with either family, friends or other travel writers. I do not do a whole lot of solo travel. In fact, I can’t even think of the last time I did anything solo.

Since I can’t really up and go to Hawaii again anytime soon, I am left to my own devices to create some of the cocktails I indulged in while I was there.
