I believe we just had one kid sleep on the floor. It’s been a long time ago. If there is a pull-out couch for two to sleep on, I use the cushions to make another place to sleep for the third kid. I also don’t take all the kids to the check-in desk so they won’t know we’ve got an extra.

Wondering about room size, and your experience with 3 kids at the hotel. Their website says only 4 in a room; we‘ve never had an issue or needed 2 rooms bc our kids are still on the small side and they’re too young to put in a separate room and conjoining rooms are not guaranteed so curious how you went about it :) Thank you!
